As soon as your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email the day your order ships telling you how it has been sent. Some perennials are shipped as potted plants, some as perennial roots packed in peat. The ‘Plant Information’ section describes how that item will ship. All perennials and fall-planted bulbs are packaged to withstand shipping and are fully-guaranteed. Please open upon receipt and follow the instructions included.
Perennials and fall-planted bulbs are shipped at the proper planting time for your Growing Zone. Perennial and fall-planted bulb orders will arrive separately from seeds. If your order requires more than one shipment and all items are shipping to the same address, there is no additional shipping charge. First of all, everything arrived in healthy and beautiful shape. It was easy to figure out how to space the plants and plant them. "I purchased this product at the end of March, planted them right away using "Raised garden bed" soil straight from our local nursery. I will nurse these plants until maturity, 1-3 years in the raised garden and transfer to my 10'x10' garden space once my soil pH is corrected to a 6. 5. "I planted this shade garden and have been mostly successful with it. ALL of the Bleeding Hearts died. I've had some trouble with squirrels and rabbits eating the new plants, but have remedied that. I will need to replace the Bleeding Hearts next spring."
