As soon as your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email the day your order ships telling you how it has been sent. Some perennials are shipped as potted plants, some as perennial roots packed in peat. The ‘Plant Information’ section describes how that item will ship. All perennials and fall-planted bulbs are packaged to withstand shipping and are fully-guaranteed. Please open upon receipt and follow the instructions included.
Perennials and fall-planted bulbs are shipped at the proper planting time for your Growing Zone. Perennial and fall-planted bulb orders will arrive separately from seeds. If your order requires more than one shipment and all items are shipping to the same address, there is no additional shipping charge. "I was putting in flower beds on a new property and was excited for these preplanned gardens, as I struggle coordinating plants of different sizes and seasons. Having one all laid out sounded great. The plan online describes an 8x16 foot garden so that is the side bed I built. A few weeks later when the garden kit shipped I opened it and was dismayed that the map provided for the farmhouse garden was for a 10x11 foot garden. I was told to expect a rectangle but was given plans for a square. I think I made it work and hopefully my improvisations will work, but it defeats the purpose of a preplanned garden if the plans are wrong."
"My live plants were well packaged and healthy. The bare root plants were all sprouting and ready to plant. I have purchased other pre-planned gardens and this is my second experience with this company. My garden from a couple years ago is filled in and beautiful and I know this one will be too. This is an economical way to get a great garden that will grow into a show stopper. Thank you!"
